Why is Spring one of the best times to list?

Spring time is the perfect time for sellers to list their home. Not only is the grass greener and flowers/trees blooming, but the market starts picking up right around this time of year. Why? Because school will be letting out soon and buyers like to move during the summertime while school is not in session. Not only that, but this is the time teachers, coaches and other changes in school administration maybe getting ready to take place or have started to take a turn and the new members will be looking for a new home soon.
